I ordered the 5 piece set but only received 2 of the 5. I reached out to the company several times through their available contact link (email) and received no response. I even opened up a “Shop” customer issue ticket and still received no resolution or contact. As many options available to assist — have heard zero back from Shop or from the Vendor. Very disappointing that there is no assistance after payment is received - I am sure if my payment was an issue I would be contacted relentlessly.
This is my new favorite deodorant!! The scent is incredible and keeps me smelling fresh all day. The smell is so much better than the chemical deodorants and feels so good on my sensitive skin!

I have always had issues with "traditional" deodorants (I would get large, panful lumps/boils that would eventually burst - very very painful. I've tried aluminum free, natural deodorants and mineral items with no success. They either didn't work and/or smelled horrible. I'm using my first bai-li lemon/bergamot deodorant and it is SUPERB!! It works (YES!!) and smells great, it's very
light and you can put as much as you feel you want or need. I look forward to my next shipment as, for the first time in quite some time, I have a reliable wonderful product to use!

When I shared my struggles with advancing the cardboard tube, I was immediately sent a replacement which works perfectly! The deodorant itself is great with a light, lovely scent and no residue on clothes - and best of all, NO plastic! Bai-li stands behind their products and is well worth a try. Thank you!
Although the product works well and the scent is good, I can't get the tubing to advance for more deodorant. The design causes a person squeezes the housing tube at the same time as they are trying to push it upward, rendering it impossible to move the tube at all. I wanted to like it because of the packaging but it's caused great frustration.

I used the peppermint lip balm and man it works way better than the Cliganic lip balms! You don't need to do more than 2 "laps" on your lips. You'll be good with just that. The peppermint is EXTREMELY strong so you'll feel that "cool" effect it has on your lips and it WILL keep your lips hydrated. 1 tube will last you a great while. Thank you Bailey!

I absolutely love this lip balm. I’ve used the peppermint and it has a nice cooling sensation without being overwhelming. One application in the morning lasts me until the evening, despite eating/drinking/masking all day. Love it!
These deodorants have lovely scents and great packaging that is actually eco-friendly. I love that there’s an unscented option too - it’s so hard to find unscented products.

Perfectly Imperfect Deodorant
I’ve been using Baili Deodorant for the last 2 years and just love it. Lavender Peppermint was my favorite for the longest time, but I’ve tried them all over time and honestly, they’re all incredible- you can’t go wrong. The ingredients are pure and the packaging guilt-free. I love using it even as a little scent on certain days. The best!
